2022 "The Swing" Pinot Noir - Tribute
Hand-picked on Olivet Lane. 100% Clone 23 (Mariafeld), fermented with 15% whole cluster, aged 17 months in 60% new French Oak. Deep notes of black raspberry, clove, dried rose petal, and structured, polished tannins.
2023 "Classic" Pinot Noir
Carefully hand-picked on Olivet Lane. Meticulously sorted Clone 23 & Mount Eden, fermented with 10% whole cluster, aged 17 months in 70% new French Oak. Silky texture, dark Bing cherry, forest floor, and vibrant natural acidity.
2024 "BM" Russian River Pinot Noir
Hand-picked on a foggy still morning off Olivet Lane, September 18. Meticulously cluster sorted 50% Clone 667 (Dijon) & 50% Mount Eden, de-stemmed to berry shaking table and co-fermented in tank with 10% whole cluster. Immediate 10% saignée, 5-day cold soak at 57°F, yeast converted sugar over 15 days at ≤86°F, pressed at negative Brix straight to 55% new French Oak where primary fermentation finished and ML completed. Racked once over 18 months aging.
2025 Chardonnay
Old-vine benchland Chardonnay from Cousins Vineyard along Olivet Lane. Select French Oak Latour barrels for 15 months, capturing subtle brioche, Asian pear, white lily, and mineral verve.
